Returns

Please choose carefully to avoid the need to return items to us. However, if you find that you do need to return an item, you need to contact us as soon as possible after receiving your goods. Please see detailed time frames in the below information.

Please contact us, with your original order number, within 30 days of receiving your goods to return items due to a change of mind (original freight costs, face masks and pierced jewellery are non-refundable). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If an Item is not as described, faulty or unfit for purpose, please contact us directly to choose from an exchange or refund.

Returns Process

To be eligible to return your item(s), you must first contact the ACMI Shop and arrange approval for your item(s) to be returned via post with a copy of your proof of purchase. Items returned due to change of mind must be unused, in their original condition and complete with original packaging. We will respond to your refund request within 3 business days.

Items cannot be returned in store and must be mailed to us to be processed. Items returned without approval may be rejected in which case return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item(s) are incorrectly described, not fit for purpose or faulty, in which case costs will be returned to you upon presentation of a postal receipt.

Depending on where you destination, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). The ACMI Shop cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in the post.

International returns will need to be clearly marked as "returned goods", ACMI will not be responsible for customs or duty fees to receive returned good back.

Exchanges & Refunds

When your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

If your exchange request is approved, this will be processed, and a new item will be mailed out to you. Additional postage fees may apply.

If your refund request is approved, this will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card as per your original payment method (please allow 5 working days for this to be processed).

Support

If you haven’t received your refund within the processing period, first check your bank account. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
